Fishlake St. Cuthbert dates from circa 1175 and remains in active use today. In 2018 the Church was designated as a Major Parish Church of national importance, particularly due to its history and remarkable Norman Romanesque south doorway architecture.
Our often visited Church is used by local parishioners and the village community and is normally open every day of the year between 9:00 AM and dusk.
Regular events include our much valued Saturday 10:00 AM Coffee Morning - all are welcome
The Church is currently entering into a new period of restoration activity including the planning of a new drainage system, a new heating system, improvements to the floors, major repairs to the tower, bells and clock chambers, conservation of the south doorway architecture and the creation of two rooms for our local community use.
From Sunday 4th April 2021 the Church has been open once more for services. If in doubt - please check our home page or Church Diary page for details of any changes.
